We use this information for one purpose: to understand what you need and reply to your request. If we go on to work together, we keep it as part of the project record. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a newsletter you did not ask for.
If you call or email us directly instead of using the form, we keep that correspondence the same way we keep any business correspondence.
How your information is handled
When you submit the form, its contents are delivered to our team by email and stored in our email and project tools. The website itself is hosted by Hostinger. Like any web host, Hostinger may keep standard server logs (such as the IP address and browser type of a request) for security and operations; we do not use these logs to identify or profile visitors.
We do not run a customer relationship management (CRM) system on this site. If that changes, this section will be updated before the change takes effect.
Cookies and analytics
As of the date of this draft, this website sets no analytics or advertising cookies and loads no third-party trackers. There is no Google Analytics, no Tag Manager, no advertising pixel, no session recording. The site loads its fonts, scripts, and images from its own domain only.

Today that means our hosting provider (Hostinger) and the email and project tools our team uses. These providers process the information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
