What we build
Web development services we provide
Every build includes design, development, QA and launch by the same team.
01 / 06
01
Discovery & UX architecture
Before anyone opens Figma we map who lands on the site, what they came to do and which page gets them there fastest.
Goals, audiences and the action each page drives
Sitemap and page‑by‑page content plan
Search structure reviewed by our SEO specialist
A written brief with a fixed scope and dates
02
Design system
Our designer builds the site in Figma as a system of reusable parts, so pages added next year still match the launch.
Wireframes, then mockups for desktop and phone
Type, color and spacing tokens shared with code
Component library for every block the site uses
Real content in every mockup
03
Front‑end build
The developers who sat in the design review write the code, so what ships matches the mockup down to the hover states.
Semantic, accessible HTML with keyboard support
Responsive layouts checked on real phones
Forms with validation, uploads and spam filters
Analytics and conversion tracking before launch
04
CMS & e‑commerce
We pick the platform to fit the site, from a WordPress build your team can edit to a custom store engine.
WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify and BigCommerce
Custom PHP, Next.js and Astro builds
Booking flows, dashboards and trade pricing
APIs for shipping, payments, rates and CRM
05
Performance & Core Web Vitals
Speed is a budget set at the start and checked at every milestone, because a slow page loses the buyer before it loads.
Page-weight and script budgets set in the brief
Images sized, compressed and lazy-loaded
Core Web Vitals measured in the field
Fixes shipped by the developers who built it
06
Care & hosting
After launch the same team stays on: hosting in your name, uptime watched, fixes and new pages shipped when you ask.
Hosting, DNS, SSL and email deliverability
Scheduled backups, updates and security patches
New pages and changes by the original team
Everything stays in your own accounts
Process
How we work
Six steps from the first call to a live site, and who on our side does each one.
01Step
01
Discovery
We start with a call about what you sell, who buys it and what the current site gets wrong. Then we write down the scope, the pages and the dates before design starts.
You get: a written brief and a fixed scope.

02
Structure
We map the sitemap and every page's content around the action the buyer takes. Our SEO specialist reviews the structure here, so search is in the plan from the start.
You get: a sitemap and a content plan for every page.
SEODesigner
03
Design
Our designer builds the site in Figma, first as wireframes, then as full mockups for desktop and phone. You review real pages with real content until you sign off.
You get: approved mockups and a component library.

04
Build
The developers write the code, connect the CMS or the store engine and wire in forms, integrations and tracking. You get a staging link and see progress as pages go up.
You get: a staging site you can click through.
Developer
05
Launch
We test on real devices, check speed against the budget, redirect the old URLs and go live on hosting in your name. Analytics and Search Console connect the same day.
You get: a live site with tracking and redirects in place.

06
Care
After launch we watch uptime, run updates and backups, and ship the changes you ask for. The people who built the site are the people who answer the ticket.
You get: monitoring, updates and a team that still picks up.
The designer and the developers sit in the same room and the same review. Nothing gets lost in a handoff, and the site that ships is the site you approved.

Case studies with live links
Every project on our cases page links to the site as it runs today. Open it, resize it, fill in the form and judge the work yourself.
Built for search from day one
Our SEO specialist reviews the sitemap and page structure before the build starts, so the site is ready to rank the week it goes live.
Fast at launch, fast a year later
A speed budget goes into the brief and every new page is measured against it. The same team keeps the site quick as it grows.

Questions about building a site
If yours is not here, ask it directly — a real person answers within 24 hours.
It depends on the scope, and we put the dates in writing before we start. For reference, the Money Gold site went from design start to launch in five weeks, with its shipping, pricing and email integrations and a customer dashboard included; the ORTHO-TEAM 3D configurator took three weeks. A larger store or a custom application takes longer, and you will know how long before design begins.
WordPress or custom code?
Whichever fits the site. WordPress with WooCommerce is right when your team needs to edit pages and products every week, and it is what we used for Modern D Construction and Innovate Bath. When the site has its own logic, such as a six-step booking flow or a store with trade and retail pricing on the same product page, we write a custom engine in PHP, Next.js or Astro. We recommend one after the discovery call and explain why.
Can you redesign my existing site instead of starting over?
Yes. We start by reviewing what the current site does well, then decide together whether to keep the platform and rework the design, or move the content to a new build. Florida's Best Roofing came to us on an unsupported page builder and moved to a custom engine; other clients keep their CMS and get a new design on top of it.
Will I lose rankings when the site changes?
A redesign done without a plan can cost rankings, which is why our SEO specialist is on the project from the first call. Every old URL gets a redirect to its new home, titles and headings are carried over or improved on purpose, and Search Console is checked after launch so any drop is caught the same week.
Can I edit the site myself?
Yes. On WordPress, Shopify and the other CMS builds you edit pages, products and posts yourself, and we show your team how before launch. On custom builds we add an admin panel for the content that changes: for ORTHO-TEAM, a manager uploads a new model or color in the panel and the site picks it up without a developer.
Do you host and maintain it?
Yes, if you want us to. Hosting, DNS and SSL are set up in your name, so the site and the accounts belong to you. We monitor uptime, run backups, updates and security patches, and ship changes and new pages on request. There is no lock‑in: you can take the site elsewhere at any time.
Do you write the copy and take the photos?
Both, when you need them. We write the page copy from the discovery notes and the keyword research, and for FluxPrep we researched German and English separately and wrote each version against its own set. For photos, our crew shoots real people and real work on site. Stock imagery is a last resort, and we never present anything staged or generated as a client result.
Do you build online stores?
Yes. Shopify and WooCommerce cover most catalogs and let your team manage products directly. When a store needs its own rules, we build the engine: Barberkosmetik runs on a custom engine we wrote, with one catalog and two price lists, so a barbershop account and a private customer see different prices on the same product page.
What happens after launch?
The same team stays on the site. Analytics and Search Console are connected on launch day, we check speed and errors over the first weeks, and we send fixes and new pages as you need them. If search is part of the plan, expect it to take time: Modern D Construction saw the first clicks on its target queries three to five months after launch.
